Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call us at 215-362-1277.  Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a 50% service charge.  Failure to provide any notice will result in a full service charge for the scheduled appointments.  When using a gift certificate, the above will result in the appropriate reduction of gift certificate value.  A 50% deposit or gift certificate number is required when booking multiple services.

Facials and Massage

Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time to get checked in.  Facial and massage services require a client consultation form to be filled out to enable our technicians to better serve you.  Please turn off all cell phones and pagers during these services.  Please understand that arriving late for these services may result in a reduction of treatment time with no reduction in cost.  For safety precautions, children are not permitted in treatment rooms.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in service prices or gift certificates.  We encourage guests to determine an appropriate gratuity for their servers.

Special Considerations

Prices are subject to change.  We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles.  Please keep your personal articles with you at all times.  For safety precautions and the comfort of our other guests, we kindly request all children remain in the reception area with a guardian.
